LOL.... iNcontrol cracks me up!
PvZ.
ZvP. Scarlett was impressive the last game.
Puck is a guy though.

I kinda feel like a jerk for not taking Scarlett seriously because of "her" status. I know it's the 90's, and everyone is cool with that, but I can say when I try to bring buddies into SC2 I would never mention her existence. I think the SC2 community is purposefully not showing her losses to exemplify how cool and open we are. In all honesty it's kind of embarrassing to admit that the one female in the pro arena is actually a dude. Separately, who are these koreans iNcontrol says she's beating? I've seen a few vods here and there, but no big names. On a related note, I lived in Seoul (Yongsan) and really embraced Korean culture. I know that she wouldn't be taken seriously there because of culture differences, and probably not permitted to compete in GSL. I know I'll probably get flamed by the 2 people that read this, but I'm just sick of people calling her the new Emperor and talking about how awesome her clothes are.
Last time I checked that "her" was a human being just like you... so stfu
"when I try to bring buddies into SC2 I would never mention her existence" You are lame!
"when I try to bring buddies into SC2 I would never mention her existence" wow you are a trillobite

Yeah, all the female pronouns in this video were weirding me out. So he wants to be called a she...so what? He isn't a girl. If he wanted to be called black or really tall or a redhead we'd all be like "wtf that just isn't the case", but when he calls himself a girl everyone is like, "oh, ok, totally reasonable" and people get all up in arms if someone disagrees. How does this make any sense?
She looks like a girl. She just doesn't throw like one. So relax and enjoy her games.
great casting! go scarlett, go!
This is the second decade since the 90's. Is Iowa that far back? Does that affect the RJs? And in that case how were the 50's in Korea? Pretty rough times I gather. :D
In all seriousness though, an excellent question presents itself in SC culture. Is gender strictly anatomical? Or are the associated terms used to describe a mindset, actions, societal role etc?
I dunno man. But if you really want to feel tall - we'd hook it up with stilts or a trampoline or stuff some extra socks in the bottoms of your shoes...
Whatever you need.
I'm just saying we should be cool enough to accomodate what makes you feel good and we should certainly do it for two players this skilled.
