There is cheating I think. In the 3rd game, how did Nextfreesaga know where Tester was based? he didn't scout for sure. Take a look at the video again. Blue never scouted.

Yeah I thought the same thing too when I watched this match last wk, definitely odd that he moved so decisively.



What would have happened if Tester had been at one of the other 2 positions? Those proxy gates would have looked foolish.



Seems like it would be easy for someone in the audience to give a non-verbal cue to show a player if his enemy was spawning at the 4, 7 or 11 position.



highly, highly doubt it was cheating. he did a very risky move, and hiding the gateways up on the gold avoids being scouted by a probe and out of range of xel'naga towers.



also, many toss hide a cannon when cannon rushing, and he feigned a cannon rush when he put a pylon on the lowground. so if he tricked tester into over-committing killing the pylon, he thought he could have taken the game. See Inca's game for an example of this cannon rush on metalopolis.
