Also, Socke is pronounced "sock", he's Norwegian or something, so it's more like "szock". Same with SjoW; "show". Normally nobody bitches but in those cases they are actual words/names, instead of someone just rolling their face on the keyboard to come up with a name :)

#7: yeaa, nooo. First of all Socke is german. You pronounce his name like http://en.wiktionary.org/wiki/Socke



The sound file isnt working for me, but i'm sure it'll be correct...



and as you can see in the wiki "article" the meaning of "socke" is "sock"... so i thnik you can call him sock as well..



...Point being that it's a name, not someone just smashing the keyboard.

English speaking people should probably pronounce Socke like "Zockuh". Starting with a soft S and a short e at the end :D



They actually had aTnSocke's name listed as "Sockeh" on the tournament bracket, possibly to elicit the correct pronunciation, and I've seen a few interviews where they pronounce it with the "eh" or "uh" at the end.



I probably pronounced it 14 different ways during the cast, did my best!
