@19 Gender discrimination in physical sports is getting to be a hot-button issue if you actually read up on these kinds of things. Also, since nobody has told you this before, 'gender' and 'sexuality' are different things, the former being culturally defined and the latter biologically.

I'm as in the 'esports is real sports' boat as anybody else but even if you take to the sexuality argument, there's very little physically different between males and females (and everybody in between) that's relateable to ability in Starcraft II. Except for the anti-social, predatory nerds and the immature teenagers who watch this e-sport, I doubt anybody else really cares about Scarlett's gender to quibble about it on the internet.



Apparently most people who watch starcraft are completely fucking retarded. You all make me wish I wasn't into computer games and sick that I watch starcraft and share something in common with you.

If I tell everyone I am a girl and wear a wig that does not make me a girl if I have a penis. Nothing against Scarlett what so ever, he or she as he likes to be known, is a great sc2 player, but he is not really a she.

All you guys that think he is hot and talk about boners etc. you are gay, or into transgenders, again, nothing wrong with that just stop confusing real women with women with penises.

Finally the problem with this is that scarlett makes it impossible for real women players to ever be successful or get anything out of the game because she / he has completely stolen their thunder, all possible sponsorships and really destroyed any potential for real women to get into starcraft by Scarlett stealing the crown of the 'best female player'. She has the mind and body of a man whether she feels like a women or not.

TO the guy above who says there is 'very little physically different between males and females' that is pretty fucking dumb. You know how many female chess grandmasters their have ever been? Zero. Why is that? Because men are better at logical thinking and strategy then women. Thats without even talking about mans far superior reaction times and phyical dexterity.

Sorry for the rant just sick of teenagers who know nothing about anything and think it is cool to spout shit that you think is cool and earns you kudos when in reality it makes you gay and degenerative loser. At the end of the day your right about current differences between males and females with RTS (time will change this), but as far as your opinion goes on sexual orientation, female insight and how people should see the world is horrifying. Scarlett is honestly better then I remember. Flip even the first game, although she lost, she played amazingly. That creep spread was better than most of the zergs that have been playing pro league for a lot longer than her.
