just got to comment on the proxy discussion during game three here. a proxy has nothing to do with the notion of "proximity", it generally refers to somebody given the power to act for somebody else in a situation where you would normally expect the interested party to be present, the way a real estate agent represents an owner for instance: thus in starcraft I guess it is used to denote the kind of dislocate you two find paradoxical here: a rax that should appear in the main early game (if we are looking at Terran for eg.) is called a proxy when its placed elsewhere on the map, in as much as it represents the interests of its player, without most of the player's infrastructure being present in that location.
i am a long time fan of you two and your casts, and you certainly know the game better than I do, but the nerd in me couldn't stop himself from clarifying this.
