This has to be one of the shortest "days" of ASL. Snipes left and right, almost no late-game battles.
Doesn't mean that's bad though, some amazing games!

Yeah like tasteless said, these best of one's can bring out some really creative and otherwise rare tactics, and on a pro level make for some very interesting games.
Moving forward, some of the better and more seasoned players will not straight up die to those openers, which always lead to some of the most interesting mid to late games in brood war.
Keep in mind most of these veteran pros see this round of 24 as televised qualifiers and not even the real tournament. So the next rounds will have the real high level plays and solid defenses whereas these "newer" ASL players can choke under the pressure of the stage.
