Maru vs Zest

...at least not until AlphaZero is ready.



Haha game 4 shows he is in a completely different tier. Even at a disadvantage he makes it look easy.



Zest showed up just to collect his second place $14000 pay cheque. ;) He probably knew deep down he had no chance after watching what Maru did to Classic and Stats

The lineup for season 3 looks amazing. I cant wait to see Parting again.

I just watched the whole series twice in a row.

That was truly amazing play out of Maru.

Zest played really well! Not great, but really well.

But Maru is a beast. He was relaxed and happy just roflstomping Zest.

I've never seen Maru so emotionally expressive as at the end of game 3, when he knew for sure that he was going to win the series. He's really on a crazy level and enjoying it.

Does this win happening in this way make Maru a bonjwa/GOAT?




#8 have you ever seen pictures of Maru? he looks nothing like a goat. They have pretty weird eyes, freaks me out to look at them.



Nah, not GOAT. Though of course he is on the short list of players who will be remembered far after SC2 is done. Players like Bisu, Stork, and Jaedong from Brood for example.

I mean, it has been said before but we will keep repeating it: There are only two Terran players who have consistently done well, even when the Terran race is hitting a low point in the meta. Maru and Innovation.
