Hats off to you Serral, all three of the Koreans you fought in this tournament were multi-time champions; anyone saying you had an easy road to and through the finals is talking out of their ass. Well done and well deserved!

Awesome match; It's like it was directed for maximum tension. I was on the edge of my seat from start to finish.
The big question though: when will Rotterdam learn to pronounce the th-sound?
Comment # 3 by Xeneonic
Regarding Rotterdam, some of our Dutchies really have a hard time pronouncing the "th" correctly. Perhaps some dialects make it harder as well, but I wouldn't know. Most of my Dutch friends can pronounce the "th" just fine but are lacking in general pronunciation when it comes to English.
Seeing as Rotterdam has been in the big US of A for a long time now, I don't think it'll ever change unless he specifically focuses on it.

@Xeneonic, you a Dutchy? :-)
Regarding the Rotti and En discussion, I live in The Netherlands, quite close to the Rotterdam area (not Dutch myself) and the Dutch are *by far* the best at English out of all the non-native speakers I've encountered so far. And especially when it comes to pronunciation.
Rotti might not be the best example, but he's good enough in my opinion. Where Rotti falls short for me is his verbal ticks. It used to be "in this phase in the game", now I see he's picked up "don't get me wrong". He knows a lot about the game though, so I try to put up with all his small flaws.
BTW, If you want to see impressive English out of a non-native gamer, head over to Grubby's stream.

Oh yeah, also, fantastic games!
I am the kind of person who enjoys mindgames and strategy over pure mechanics (my fav player is sOs) but it's impossible to not be impressed with how good Serral has become. Stats was fantastic in this as well, just impossibly good games overall.
If I do have one criticism for Serral, it's this: dude, show some emotion for crap's sake. You just won the biggest championship in your career and you're standing there, expressionless. On the other hand, maybe this is the kind of detachment that is required to be able to reach these level of awesome (just look at Creator). Just feels a bit sad, almost as if he can't really enjoy the experience of winning to its fullest.

Yeah, I'm a Dutchy. I end up speaking more English than Dutch due to my line of work though, but I consider it a boon ;)
Regarding Serral, perhaps the feelings are overwhelming him or something. It does seem like he's very, very nervous during the interviews. At least in GSL, I don't know if he feels more comfortable in the "foreign" tournaments.
