I never realized that Catz was actually this bad. I guess Destiny really was trained by this guy.
Catz giving Morrow a run for his money for the worst-to-watch player in the EG masters cup so far.

or...how NOT to play as zerg

I really need to start using ghosts. I think Catz was doing rather well. Conventional wisdom says as zerg you can sit back and macro til you get a deathball army. Infestors, Brood Lords, Corruptors and Zerglings. Ghosts just completely stomp that comp.

So zerg to think they can hit a 200 terran army most strong set up (in middle map) and get away with it. GO Thorzain:P
Comment # 5 by NyoKid
@ dta well, if there is such a thing as an cowardly play then it's the first game of thorzain. Just waiting and turtling with all those siege units like some bitch too scared to unsiege.

Looks like Terran does have a good late game against Zerg after all. Wow ghosts are strong.

iNcontrol did an exceptionally poor job casting in my opinion. Never ever heard a caster sighing because the game took another turn (which prolonged the time he had to cast). Didn't sound like he wanted to cast these games at all.
He was rather disrespectful torwards the players and the game, whining as soon as they did something that he thought would increase the game time. Just get rid of him and place someone who really wants to cast there instead, as incontrol just seems to do it for the money.

@NyoKid I think your comment deserves an "umadbro?"

GOD incholesterol and djwheat could possibly be the worst casters of all time
Comment # 10 by Scoldin
INcontrol is too invested in his own play to be casting anyone else. I don't want to hear him railing about infestors in the first 15 seconds of the game. Zerg players win and lose at all levels of the game using infestors or not using them, so he just needs to chill out.

I actually like DJWheat, btw... And think INcontrol's stream is fun to watch. His commentaries are just beginning to get a little annoying. I can go to B.Net forums for all the infestor whining I could want.

See, I'm the opposite. I think Wheat is just buttfuck annoying, while Control kinda told this series like it was... Bad. It was slow and way too defensive, and Thorzain could have at least taken the North and South bases and sat on them while doing real damage with those helions. This game did not make me a believer in Ghosts in the least, but then I have zero trouble with infestors with my playstyle, so whatever.

What kind of commentary could you expect out of games like these? They both played so passive, made tons of mistakes, didnt exploit the oppertunities they got...
Poor games, and the commentatators did the best they could out of it.

these games are sick :D enjoy

InControl is hilarious. The basic observations he makes are too funny, like "this is the strangest bunker battle you will ever see." It wasn't mocking, it wasn't incorrect, it was just a reasonable note to make yet coming out of his mouth makes me giggle.

Oh man, I really do not like incontrol one bit but in this cast he was actually... good. Yes, he sighed too much, infestor-babbled too much, but still: he pointed out everything important that happened. He was aware, although at times it did not seem that way. Wheat I like, although I like him more together with casters like Day9.
The games... well, Thorzain really is the spoon killer, for sure (GSL reference). Really slow games (apart from game 2), and the third was sort-of boring being so slow. But hey, it's Terran and it's Thorzain. Really worth a watch I feel, and I give it a thumbs up. Cheers,
