game one of the mvp vs curious matchup a couple GSL's back had a base trade scenario where curious had max pop broodlords and walked a spore underneath them with queens



this was just frekkin fantastic. game 3, nonstop aggression!! how the f*ck can you thumb down this?.. crazy persons..



Oh man I love Stephano. So fun to watch. He had a decent point about mutas. They're good for harass but its pretty hard to use them in a straight up fight against an equal sized terran army controlled well. If you don't do enough harass with mutas, terran will have all the turrets up at base and maybe a thor with the army and your muta ball melts.

I love how they played the American National Anthem when the players are french and korean. God Bless Texas!

Amazing series with great play by both players. Can't believe the casters had any time to catch their breath during game 3. Such a tight game throughout with very little margin for error.

Great cast but how can you play the AMERICAN anthem when a FRENCH guy has won?? That's just extremely rude.



Game 1 was "OMFG IT'S IMPOSSIBLE HOLY GOD AAAAAAAAAAAA"

Game 2 was two times better.

Game 3 was three times more action-packed when games 1 & 2 together.

I could be wrong here, but I think the anthem is an inside joke...Like it's supposed to be ironic or something?

Playing the U.S. national anthem when Stephano won was clearly a joke, and was probably orchestrated by the same guys who found it funny to chant "U.S.A" at Stephano when cheering for him earlier in the tourney. It's not patriotism if you ask me. At work here is the principle that making fun of yourself is a good way of keeping others from doing it: remember, no American even made it through the tournament.



Incredible series. Especially that Brood Lord/Corruptor siege at the end of Game 2 -- why did anyone ever bother with Swarm Hosts?
