This looked kinda close, until WhiteRa decided to just get storm after all to ensure an easy win..





Game 1: "ninja expanding" extra special tactics....nice!!

Very entertaining set. Also indicates nicely why Blizard had to do some reballancing recently. Warhounds, in the right hands (maybe not here) too op.



...it was bad enough watching prot v zerg (ie stephano, pre hots).....need prot to be rebalanced with all other clans.



#1 yeah too bad kawaii was too greedy and whitera had perfect counter caz there were no ghosts, which ensured his well earned win vs op warhounds that are now outta the game caz they are ridiculous.



HD is the worst. I'm not just talking about the obvious blunders like not knowing engineering bays are up or saying there is no energy when there is, I'm talking about his contribution to my viewing experience.

I don't play SC2 so I really discern when a caster is saying insightful things, but even I can't find the value in much of what HD says when he takes the mic. Wisely he sticks to vague platitudes.

That could be okay, if he was a good play-by-play announcer, but his falsetto monotone when things get exciting (even worse when they don't) is distractingly fake.

I'm excited for the future of SC2 when I have enough viewing options that I can steer clear of Mr. Youtube.

@ #5 yup you're totally right. HD is garbage, and people that enjoy him either have been or deserve to be lobotomized.

You don't need to be an SC2 pro (or apparently even an SC2 player) to realize how useless HD's contribution is to a game -- more often than not he actually manages to make the game less informative.



hahahah i love the hd hate. i mean, i'm sure he's a great person in real life and it is a little mean-spirited to call him out but boy. how can a guy watch so much starcraft and presumably play it too and yet know so little about the game.



HD has a use case though. He makes DJ Wheat look knowledgeable in comparison.
