No one can argue that base-trade scenarios are balanced. Their buildings should have a recharging fuel tank, so they can float and fly for a time, but then they automatically go to the nearest area to land and recharge.

Thanks, now all we need are Protoss and Zerg mules and then base-trades will be totally balanced :P that would screw up so many other aspects of the game tho XD
Not automatically go to the nearest area to land, that would just be weird, but maybe start taking damage , like a zerg structure off creep.
