Good. I believe Scarlett could not make in conventional way, so unconventional worked :)

@Grimivan : is SH/viper considered unconventional? Or you talking about the nydus?
And as for people thinking she has no chance 'conventionally', she did pretty good to win 2-0, especially since Parting also didn't really make any big mistakes and he played pretty spectacularly, he even made me think that he was going to win game 2 for a while there. In the end all that matters is the win. Doesn't matter how she did it. She was simply the better player on the day. It also was a bo3, so wasn't just 1 lucky cheese game..
Conventional or unconventional, cheese or macro, doesn't matter. She's still the better player. On the day. :P
Like some other people have said, this has been one of the best series i've seen for a long time. More 'unconventional' games/strategies please! They are so much more entertaining than the usual standard/cookie cutter crap, because i feel like this is how the game should be played. With risks taken, and plenty of variety. But too bad that at the top pro level, taking risks and playing unconventional strats(not talking about cheese) doesn't usually pay off.. :(

@ex0 I never told she deed something unseen before, but I watch a lot of pro games, and this series was not typical. Much more fun tah usual. I think in tournaments they should create special prize for spectacular gaming. I.e. Life is not that often take 1st places lately, but almost always shows amazing games, intensive and fun to watch.

Game two was exciting but the series gets a thumbs down. This is because scarlette could only win by cheese in game 1 and swarm host are a garbage unit, netting her the win in game 2.
I think parting is a much better player and it's sad to see him go out in such fashion. The current state of starcraft is a sad thing indeed.

Hah yeah, thumbs down for cheese. So thumbs down on every series that has a cannon rush then right? Or 1 base all-in? If the current state of starcraft is a sad state you must HATE protoss as a race.
Also, thumbs down for using a unit. I blame scarlette for swarmhosts, she should refuse to use the unit because it's garbage, since she designed the unit and is responsible for deciding to have it in the game. Great logic!

Game 2 was so frustrating to watch. Scarlett could have won so many times but kept throwing it away. If she had just made a single infestor with those early swarm hosts (wouldn't have even needed pathogen glands) then she could have just held down Parting's pitiful army long enough to decimate it with locusts. In fact, any amount of infestors would have easily won the game for her at any point before templar, and would have significantly helped even after templar were out. After Parting got onto colossus/templar/stalker, a brood lord switch would have instantly put him away, too since he didn't have the infrastructure to produce any relevant amount of tempests.
