speaking on tastosis' swarm host comments, there was a game in proleague where rogue used them as harass and killed a protoss by repeatedly flying locusts in and focusing down nexi. granted, it wasn't verse T, but it would be cool to see some zergs figure out how to use them in the current mech meta. the hardest part verse terran might be figuring out how to get safe nydus networks down, but those locusts dps down workers and town halls so insanely fast.

The problem is dead supply. Mech Terran can eventually get by off of very little SCV's once enough orbitals are up, which makes their cost-effective army even more terrifying. Zerg needs to keep supply for drones, and any supply while SH's are on cooldown is even less army supply.
Personally I'd like to see more of another game which Rogue played, with mass vipers. He did have SH's in that game, but they weren't really part of the strategy at all. Even just yanking vikings. If the viking blob sends a volley and shoots down a viper, but you pull 8 vikings from it, you are still ahead. I'm not sure why he hasn't played more games with that style; maybe it isn't working out that well in practice?

@Cafe he did the same thing vs mech succesfully; don't remember vs whom, but it was the game he went mass viper and crushed mech

Cafe is talking about swarm hosts, and the only game I recall was the Proleague game against CJ HerO.
I just looked up the mass viper game, since I forgot the Terran as well. It was Bbyong! In Proleague.

Holy hell. At 45:54, the tanks begin the siege animation, and the entire zerg army is about to die. Then, the in the split second before the tanks fire, the entire tank force is covered by blinding cloud. Literally a split second made that game.

I dont understand. I dont play starcraft avidly but I watch a lot of progaming. Terran made so many huge blunders, yet still had a fighting chance untill the end. Where he continued to fuck up with hellions. Zerg on the other hand played almost flawlessly yet had to struggle to win, which makes me believe that this Mech is maybe just a bit overpowered.
