Going off the endless conversation of trying to label different Protoss, I'd say HerO is the jack of all trades Protoss. What I mean is say he is going up against PartinG who is a god at micro... HerO can still hold his own. If up against defense Protoss like Classic or Rain... HerO can still hold his own. He is like this baseline Protoss that no matter whom he is up against, he has this all-around skill level to compete. I can't think of a single match-up where you can say "HerO won't likely win here", every game he plays he has a good chance to take the series. I guess maybe Maru, that that is Maru. I struggle to think of any other player who has a strong edge over HerO.
