Stats vs TY

How do the players not hear what the casters are saying? They're usually in sound proof booths but there isn't anything here. Are they in a soundproof area? Super high tech sound cancelling headphones?



In-ear monitors, which tend to be somewhat noise-canceling, and then sound-isolating headset over that (I forget the specific name for them).

They wouldn't be able to understand the casters through that, if they can even hear them at all. They may be able to hear the crowd if they're yelling loud enough.



The headphones are virtually sound proof, and white noise is played through them to cancel out additional frequencies. They can definitely feel the roar of the crowd though, and worst case scenario - they dont speak much english.




maybe they just trust they cant understand english? lol.

You don't hear anything through the ear protectors. It's the same gear used by people on aircraft carriers standing next besides starting jet planes.

Wonderful series, and great games - and mindgames - all around.
Casting: Always on point, and good analysis. Love Tastosis, and the couch good as well. Tastosis (as usual) very TY-biased, together with Tastless using his "end-game-scream-voice" already from the earliest matches was a bit annoying however.
