That's the problem with the person in charge of which camera the viewers get to see.

Those people usually do not understand the significance of what's happening on the screen. They understand basics like big battles and even things like widowmine dangers, but when it comes to specific things like scouting proxies early, it seems to go out of their expertise and do not realize their mistake until they're told by others.
