If you can't win against a mediocre pro-level Korean such as Hurricane, you might as well fold for the entire year.

Performances like this are why I don't buy into the unproven foreigner hype. I don't care what someone's race is. I want to see good games, not American/European games.

Remember 2 years back when Lilbow was the only foreigner in the Blizzcon tournament?
He got absolutely obliterated, not sure by whom though.
In the interview he said something like "It's ok I didn't practice anyway because I wanted to prepare for LotV".
Guess who retired once he did fuck all during LotV in the first half year? The very same foreigner that (HYYYYPPE!) was the only one that made it to Blizzcon.
Serously, when Neeb took down Stats a year ago or so when Stats was considered the #1 protoss in a late game (I think it was King Sejong Station and another in a bo3) match, I was for once considering foreigners to be able to contest with them.
Now Koreans lost their teams and coaches and here you see the result; a mediocre pro-level korean wipes the floor with "One of THE BEST foreigner".
Pitiful, should have retired from Korean tournaments when he muted his headset and then had a nuke record land on his army.

Hahaha, you might also remember back to the first WCS Global Finals during WoL where the tournament was basically segregated until the final 16 and you had 8 Koreans and 8 foreigners. The foreigners were all destroyed right away. It was like watching 8 NBA teams go up against 8 little league basketball teams. If I recall correctly I didn't watch any of the games until the Ro8 when it was mostly Korean vs. Korean.

Yeah it must have been very painful for those foreigners. The Koreans were definitely 2 tiers above them at that point.
The gap is closer now than what I'd consider 2 tiers, but we're talking about *MAYBE* 1-2 foreigners being able to take a tournament if they're lucky (i.e. the koreans having a bad day, get cheesed unexpectedly 3x in a row (lol byun vs ty) etc)
Even then the odds nowadays are extremely slim. But back in WoL, that chance would have been 0.
