Beautiful game 3 btw, controlled completely from start to finish.

Tastosis knew this would be published on SC2casts.com on April 1st, so they gave the spot to Valdes and rapid.
Jokes aside, this match was absolutely fantastic to watch, Maru just brimming with potential as always and this year really able to make it shine through the tournaments. You never know how many balance curveballs Blizzard will throw at you before Blizzcon, but one thing they'll never be able to take away from Maru is his talent.
The time of "Maruders" has passed, but he is still able to do what no other Terran could.

Also, it seems like @santah broke whitespaces, or that is an april fool's joke, similar to State (As the latter was made retroactive across the years) ;)

@Xeneonic - m? broke what now?
All seems good to me, what are you seeing?

I love State aka Stats (good joke Santah!) but Maru is without a doubt the best in the world right now. His performance here and in those 2 recent BO7's against Dark was the highest level play I've ever seen.

It was sad to see Dark get dunked on (he just couldn't deal with the lategame ghosts), but I was hoping for a bit more of an even matchup here. Maru flooring the gas pedal and blowing through 6 games of aggression that are quickly won or lost seems kinda anticlimactic for the finals.
But still solid top tier plays!
It's a shame that Rapid was involved in the cast, tho

@santah:
Whitespaces were replaced with nn (Where
is normally used for the parser to know a whitespace was "requested")
So the above text would look like:
@santah:nnWhitespaces were replaced

Wow, it still happens, I have to press F5 for it to parse in my browser properly. I guess it's on my side, oh well ;)

I agree Sere, but it is difficult for Terran against Protoss right now and it seems Maru is the only Terran which has figured out what works, at least for him. If he needs to aggressive rush for a chance to win against Toss, then he is going to aggressive rush.
Pretty anti-climatic finals with no Tastetosis, but glad Maru is doing well recently. It was tough for him to get results last year, and this year he has already knocked down two large tournies.

Interview from Rogue (around 1h10m mark): "Maru used to be a player that didn't practice a lot, but lately he's been practicing a ton, day and night." It's been coming through, Maru! What a performance.
