IdrA vs Ace

Game 1 Really nice!



Nerf Phoenix . seriously . Way to OP against Zerg



Refreshing to see a different unit composition for a change.



Don't know whether this is "OP". It does require a lot of skill to use, it's not like a bunch of roach / hydra's or MMM...



phoenix aren't OP against zerg. the first game idra clearly didn't expect that many phoenix or he would have had a lot better of a counter. the 2nd game he pretty well lost after the all in push.... being 7 workers down and both having 1 base doesn't go well for zerg

I've never seen Idra get schooled like this. Ace had to got with something different and he did really well. What's the best counter for this? Fungal growth perhaps?

yeah what would be the counter to the mass phoenix (plus zealots or void rays)?



Brutal games. Mutalisks don't work against protoss because of the phoenix, corruptors do beat them but do not give the same level of map control as mutalisk. Not a lot IdrA could have done.



Nerf Ace. Seriously. Way too OP against Idra.
