Note to the casters (includes spoilers):
Watch your production tab! In game one, you are rambling about the backdoor expansion from Destiny while the hatch in the location you refered to as the third a couple of times, was already building. Also, Destiny is not in 'huge trouble' because he didn't scout the incoming Void Rays while he is building 4 spores.

How can you be casting at this level and act surprised that Destiny masses infestors?

what a big fail from destiny in game 2 and 3. I love his style but he needs more ideas man, I mean, in game 2 he could've just skip the cannons and go ahead to the protoss base with his zerlings, and his base would've been safe with a few scrawlers. And game 3, how can you allow a protoss to go 3 exp like that? a simple drop in the main, a nydus, or even a frontal attack with roach zerling in the natural would've done incredible damage, but he just played the normal game like he didn't get that the protoss was getting so ahead. Too much trust on infestor control. Game 1 was greatly played though.

@DavidFenner Great analysis. I agree. If Destiny utilized drops, he'd be more well rounded. For little more than the cost of 1 infestor, drops would be huge, plus he can afford the lings with the extra minerals.

What an absurd game.

The reason he can't stop the fast third is because the fast third is a reaction to his infestor rush. It isn't that he spotted the third and should have realized he needed to attack - it's already too late. He already blew all his gas on infestors and by the time speed roaches/hydras/overlord drops would complete Axslav would already be maxed out anyway. Destiny's build is a gimmick that cannot work if scouted and countered.

i think the build can work, it's just about getting the perfect engagement. Its so hard to catch the toss in a favorable spot for nurals. the big fight in game 3 had similar army comps from both sids (with the addition of 2 voids). in game 1, the toss wasn't ready to engage, where as in game 3, the zerg wasnt.

@Yabbadabbadoo
I don't think so, infestors can be used to attack as well, and besides, what we I was saying is that if he hadn't made two of those infestors he would have the gas to make overlord drop+speed. After he spotted the third he was still making infestors.

axslav's a bit of a joke, destiny how can you give him the series with such epic bad festor positioning in game 3. and in game 2 i've been wondering about thaat one drone attacking the pylon, if he joined in on the cannon would that have made the difference?

@Yabbadabbadoo the point of his infestor play is that with lings and/or roaches they dont have a hard counter. pretty much all army compositions COULD be raped by fungal and/or neural

Game 1 displayed some awesome skill from Destiny. IMHO game 2 was a bit of a fluke, but it was still fun and intense to watch... could have gone either way. Game 3 displayed Axslav's ability to react and counter Destiny's build. GGs by both players. +1 to Axslav for the win, +1 to Destiny for staying classy, saying gg and wishing gl.
