Just some feedback on your 'cast:
1. The forge does research GROUND attack, not just "protoss weapons" as you put it. The Cyber researches the air weapons. Just so you know.
2. You commented that there were no EMPs during that last engagement. Terran absolutely blanketed the protoss with EMPs. I know there's a lot of action going on, making it possible to miss those, but an easy way to quickly check is to flash the health bars up quickly to get a peek. The mass shield loss is a pretty tell-tale sign.
