I actually agree that Stephanie left too early. and just like casters pointed out where were the effing hydras?



just stopped watching. The casters totally missed the action going on at the third, which is where the toss' main army was (or looking at the minimap, that's where a huge blob went to).

And lol at hydras... you aren't going to have hydras in time. It's not like you get hydra den, and suddenly enough hydras to stop all air attacks. Roach+queen was the right response, I think stephano just got out multi-tasked. Of course we'll never know because casters missed the main action.



hahaha. god i love dumb people trying to sound smart. guy above me is hating for no reason. At what point did you stop the game exactly?? stephano got relatively fast lair when you see toss investing on 3 void rays you just put down hydras and deal with it. It's not like you are gonna blindly make 5 queens and you can clearly see it's not easy to defend with just roaches and queens. If you "finished" the game you saw that yonghwa did the follow up attack with immortals and blink stalkers which are both great against roaches. Then what would stephano do? put down infestation pit and wait for adrenal glands and expensive infestors to pop out? no hydra ling probably would have crushed that while defending the 3rd base and protoss had no follow up after. no templar archives or robotics support bay.



The best response to a single stargate is spore crawlers and queens, hydras are absolutely not worth the cost against just a couple voidrays. Stephano's queens died to zealots, which was a control problem, that's why he lost. Building a hydra den as a safety net is a good idea in case there's an extra stargate, but hydras wouldn't have changed that battle



I've never seen stephano leave a game without a gg, I've never heard of these casters either, where's the credibility that this was a game from stephano?



Stephano's alternate ID is DreAm according to Liquipedia. Sure, it could be someone else with the same exact name but considering he was playing Yonghwa in a high league, you can probably assume he was the real deal.

Never heard of these casters either. Looks they're new, but all in all, not bad.

Yeah, it does suck that the entire battle at the 3rd was missed. The casting was great, otherwise! Just a thing to improve on :]
