Muta's are still too fast, even with archon's, they have huge terrain advantages thnx to their speed.
Nerf; Muta speed by 0,3 and marauder stim!!
Stupid change #1. I am all for buffing protoss and their ability to deal with air, but if you nerf muta speed then you will literally never see them vs Terran. Speed is all that mutas have, you can't touch it or else no one will make them. You do realize to get a muta ball of say 20 mutas that requires 2000 gas? Who would invest so heavily in something that is not only fragile, but also no longer fast?
Something important to note too: often mutas are built vs protoss when the Z is already ahead, thus making them seem more effective.
#2 nailed it. Mutas are a finishing move: once you're ahead, you can trade them semi-efficiently no matter what and it's impossible to outmaneuver them. You will never, ever see pro Zergs open mutas, and even the roach-to-muta builds are pretty unpopular unless the roaches did a ton of damage
