What a series!



First game was amazing!



First game was incredible. One thing the analysts didn't mention that I think was really important to the outcome was the Adrenal Glands upgrade. Lots of people forget how incredible that upgrade is; it doubles the dps of your 'lings.



After patch 1.5, creep might contaminating terran/protoss structures(it's not activated in 1.5, but is incorporated in the Editor). I bet Stephano could win the game with creep-spread within the first 10 min. Wondering when they will make terran nukes contaminating? (which is also true in real life.)



ggs, I think they vastly understated how badly MC botched the mothership engagement in game 2 (sending colossi up to try to bait the zerg army up but then not moving them back in time, then placing a terribad vortex). Up until that huge mistake it was anyone's game, and after that it was pretty much over.

Djwheat freaking out about the REVERSE VORTEX!!1 was pretty hilarious because the game was already long over. MC threw the mothership out there in the open as a last-ditch feint into scaring stephano away to buy some time (trying to act like he had enough energy for a vortex and possibly archons nearby, neither of which was the case).



Great back forth in Game 1...love watching MC get beat cuz he tried to get into Stephano's head pregame and it didn't work....i know he's not as cocky as he acts but still.



Great games I would have GG'ed if I was Stephano in game 1, somehow he came back. Still, MC is a beast and may wreak havoc in the loser's bracket.



Absolutely amazing. I thought game two was spectacular.

Unbelievable match, Stephano is a god, but MC is still absolutely terrifying. Game 1 had me on the edge of my seat, crazy back and forth.

And of course ROFL @ DJ Wheat's reverse vortex excitement, classic!



I think game 1 shows how PvZ will soon be played in the highest level all the time - depending on map, Protoss chooses a 2 or 3 base push, then it's 5-10 minutes of constant trading in micro battles, until protoss either wins or gets mined out in main&nat.
