I think the Oracles need some way to recharge their energy. Having a unit that just does burst damage and then floats around uselessly seems awkward.
Maybe they could recharge at a mobile energy battery or drawing from a nexus?
That mechanic seems really similar to the Viper, with its Consume skill being tied to friendly buildings. I agree that some sort of quick-recharge mechanic would be cool for the Oracle, though.
