Are you fucking serious? How does someone who doesn't even know the BASIC elements of the game get a job casting WCS Korea? Even i know that armor thing and i've never even played the expansion.

Blizzard has said that in the next patch they are going to combine ground and air armor upgrades. Therefore he is completely correct, he just wasn't sure whether the change has be made yet.

I know it feels good to pretend you are smarter than the caster but maybe do some research first. That way you won't look like an idiot.

Ground and Air Terran Mechanical Armor was combined shortly after HoTS release.. What do you mean they are going to combine them next patch?
