Blue Flame Hellions would be awesome against so many speedlings...
Amazing match!
who is this zerg? that was some awesome play. put up more of jinros games
Now will people shut up about Terrans needing to play a macro game against zerg? It's just not a good situation to be in, having to respond to 300 food pushes and constant tech switches between broods and ultras.
Now jinro did make a few mistakes, mainly in that his expansions were a little slower than they should have been but I'm sure a zerg player could spot a few things wrong with his opponent's play as well.
That zerg player had to play 3 times as hard as the terran player just to be on even footing. Utilizing 5 bases and every single unit in the game (except for hydras). Ridiculous how fast mules can mine out golds, so that a 3 base terran can fund an army against 5 base zerg.
Play 3 times as hard? Did it look to you like Jinro was slacking? Did you see how fast he was macroing? How many units were streaming out of his base in the middle of every single battle?
Zerg gets extra bases when they go mutas because they can, not because every single zerg player is just a gosu boss. Mutas give you full map control, and you end up with lots of extra minerals since they are so gas heavy.
If you bothered to notice the worker count, Jinro was actually ahead most of the game. Zerg like to expand to all the corners of the map because their units are fast and Terrans units are slow, so they end up not saturating them.
Epic.
