Sentrys are really the best spellcaster in the hole game. There is nothing you can do against them if you are Zerg, exept of retreating your army and overlord-drops, cause burrow will always be countered by an observer.

So what can you do?



Break the force fields with ultras, although there was a scary amounts of immortals at times. Could really make use of ling or muta harass.



Sentries are so ridiculous... but in this particular match, its the Zerg's fault. I'd have autoswitched to air as soon as the Toss hit 10+ sentries. 10 Mutas at the right time would easily won this game.



Back in the beta i saw of vid of max army sentry v max army mutalisk. With the guardian shield sentries win in a straight up fight.
