Imbalance. Dull terran push and zerg can do nothing even you are Idra.
"Imbalance"??? Come on! It was a 2 base push against a 4 base zerg. (And the third and fourth base werent satuarted at all- so Idra had spent too much mooney in bases not in units. Idra tried to break the turret and siegeline several times, loosing too many units. He should have waited a bit longer, maybe get Roaches, morph more banelings (He had only a few) or attack with Lings/Mutas in different locations.
Agree... not sure what he could have done better there... some sort of redirect, drops...
Such constant pressure with cheap cheap marines that it was hard to get to broods...

Marine stim movement speed is just too high... too easy micro vs muta + ling + bane control.
Really nice play by both players and good to see someone win mere by micro, but as Idra mentions its plain stupid loosing like this if you have advantage all the way. Wonder what kind of tier 2 unit zerg will get in HotS :) Need to catapult banes in balls of marines...

Every time a terran wins (especially against a zerg) it's always "imbalance"
Good game, but IDRA could have easily Nydus the main, or thrown infested terrans in that choke to get the tanks to splash their own guys. Never gonna win a straight up fight like that.
Idra just kept attacking head on into the strongest point of the Terran army. He has no real complaints when he has a huge mobile army that could have hit anywhere else on the map forcing a retreat.
Cute had his tanks stuck behind his own wall (Artosis called this "saving tanks") haha :P
Seriously bad play by Idra, running into a baaaad funnel while he coulda just waited, his econ was twice as good. All he needed to do was make a big concave of banelings and then just wait till terran would move out of the choke.
Saving Tanks was the strategy. The final push was to get Idra to commit to an attack but did not compensate for how many tanks cute actually had.
It was the Ace up his sleeve. Although just getting infestors wouldve solved his problems.
Heared of fungal growth? Idra the poor looser obviusly havent. would have made it easy.
dont play idra when u cant take a loss.
yeah, basically idra ran out of ideas, but he was facing formidable push from terran. still would have liked to see infestors or some other unit play.

Agreed with most of the other comments here. This game was pretty boring, mainly because both players had one unit composition and one battle ground and stuck with it the entire time.
Idra spent all his time attacking the exact area that Terran wants to be attacked, a very stupid play that cost him the game. With is 2 extra bases Idra had the opportunity to pull off a convincing win, but he never saturated his 3rd or 4th o_O.

The missile turret push across the land bridge between the two bases was had an added bonus for Cute: After each Idra push, Idra retreated his Mutas back over the same terrain, giving the turrets a second bite at the Mutas. Perhaps Idra should have retreated the Mutas over empty space instead of over the land bridge?
