Maru vs Stats

That last game... Pretty great!

However, this is not the "old Maru style" that the casters are talking about.

The old Maru style was not using Vikings (Or just 1-2 to keep out oracles). The old Maru style was about using MMM to deal with the entire Protoss army, especially colossus.

Marauders got nerfed and they're not as viable as they used to be against Colossi, which is why the style went out of popularity.

#1, this is the old Maru in a new meta. Rapid was right, that drop on the forges was an adventure but that kind of savagery is what Maru's career has been for years



Ah like that, the aggression and willingness to bet everything on one incursion. Yeah I can agree with that.

Without "Maruders" it's just not the same though :(
