IdrA vs Rasowy

Idra is such a dick and tbh it's no longer cute.



The community let him get away with being a cock because he was so incredibly good. But by now many other good players have risen to his level, most of them nice guys, I predict he's going to start losing the popular vote.



Don't complain about him acting like that, it always adds charm to a game when there's rivalry. Imagine how good felt the terran when he won after Idra's whine.

I can see how it is quite frustrating to play a pretty good game and tech up to T3, with all risks in it, and lose to mass T1...

Doesn't make up for the trashtalk, but something is obviously wrong...



For christs sake, not even Siege Tanks were used!?



agreed that terran is OP but Idra should be banned from Esports events.

His attitude just does not resemble the high level that Esports seeks, plain and simple.



I dont know about Idra's behaviour, but this must have been like collecting an autograph for Rasowy. Feeling the rage and winning like this must be priceless :0.

though you might be on to something since they did change fungal growth.. if this was the new patch idra wins this one np, those bio units woulda been fried real quick by the new fungal growth



Idra is a textbook dillhole. and actually commited far too heavy on the pure force push through the middle. i guess what goes around comes around.

Which basically means that Zerg has to play and multitask 10x better to counter autoattack + stim. Not even funny. Still, Idra lost because he stoped going banelings in a time where they would have won him the game - along with Infestors.



Ah and finally, going Ultras vs a lot of Marauders.



Ultras are never the answer, imagine is it was ling, bling, infestor against that bio ball. A couple infestors up the backside on that pile of SCVs would have wrecked his economy which was the only thing allowing him to keep going.



If IdrA loses, shits OP.. he's a bitch plain and simple.. not even the best Zerg player.

Drops:

Super risky without air control; makes your army super weak in a head on fight; requires 300/300 in upgrades and your Supply to be risked; Really weak if Terran goes for a baserace.



Nydus Worms:

Pathetically weak in Health, it can be beaten by 3 Marines or a few SCVs; requires sight which is hard without air control; Retarded unload rate making the use of Zerglings, the cheap harass unit, pretty useless; Gets hardcountered by spreaded units/buildings (turrets!!); very expensive as they cost 200/200 + 100/100 (* worms)



Burrowed Banelings:

Risky; expensive; cuts in your army; cannot be used offensively; pretty much every Terran scans ahead after the first success; pretty much a luck based technique



Mutalisks:

Terrible in a head- on battle; get deterred by a reasonable amount of turrets easily when not in high numbers; Thors and Marines slaughter them; very heavy on the gas; a single missclick will cost you the game.



This is all excluding the ridiculous amounts of extra APM the Zerg player needs to use for his trick to be useful, the amounts of Gas invested and the high risk/unsure reward that is involved.

Nice long game but completely ridiculous to see Terran use Tier 1 units throughout the whole game while Zerg's Tier 3 units don't do squat.



Ultras seem like one of the dumbests and most useless units in the game.



idra knows better not to BM like this at an official function, so I don't see him getting banned. And while the T wasn't that great, it was idras game to lose by not having mutas, you absolutely need to mutas to prevent this stuff from happening, not to mention if T just went mass drop with his whole army (which they can do in lategame). I felt Idra lost at one of the early midgame battles where he moved his mutas too far forward and lost them all. If T had mass dropped that would've been much more frustrating, but it was idras game to lose. Dont think it was a balance issue at all, but definately I've been in frustrating games like that.



Irda is a bitch. I hate that they put him next to an American Flag . I don't care that this is esports. He does represent the US and you wonder why many other countries think we are arrogant.

As well as being a dick, I don't think Idra is a very good player. He's great at macroing up quick, but then seems to have no idea about strategy, just picks a unit type, builds loads of them and auto attacks into the terran?
