Well, please explain to me, how Protoss should deal with that all-in.
Protoss won because Terran failed to properly react to the attack on his mainnaturalthingy (which is BS on its own), had he pulled the rallying units, he would have dealth with it.
Protoss won because Terran failed. Would Terran have played less poor, he would have cleanly won the a game he didn't deserve. Seriously, that all-in requires like... 30 APM for macro + tanks alone?!
