Rain vs Axslav

haven't watched the games yet but can't agree that this matchup is balanced. Maybe on the NA scene things are fine but in Korea at the highest level the matchup is far from "balanced". EMP is just too strong and meanining that the full terran tech tree not only develops faster than the protoss but is also stronger than the protoss.
