Squirtle vs aLive

That was a HELL of a lot of unpowered gateways. Targetting anything else would have cost him the game, amazing



just whoah. squirtle took some risks in first few games came out short. Alive did play phenomenally. both players deserve massive applause.



and that folks is why you don't artosis pylon in your main, -especially- against terran.

Squirtle's play was pretty good in that last game until the end. I'm a little surprised he didn't expect that drop - aLive had a ton of medivacs and well, it is aLive after all. If he has medivacs and you're spread thin you can almost count on a drop happening. Instead of defending while he remustered his army (which is the sensible thing to do after you killed SO many of the enemy's workers) he tried to kill the scout factory lol -_-

talk about anti-climactic after the previous series.

i'm not sure why Squirtle felt the need to take so many risks with his builds when he clearly showed in the previous series that he could beat alive in a straight on macro game.



Squirtle has a serious problem of putting too many gateways on too few pylons. He's constantly vulnerable to a pylon snipe.
