Watching the Stephano 3 base mass roach build against non-Korean Protoss is painful.



Roaches need a little tuning. Increase the price slightly or something.

Yes, at the very highest level Protoss -can- deal with them (as comment #1 noted). However, the fact that zerg can just faceroll roaches to 150-200 supply and then a-move across the map while the protoss really has to work - is a little bit ridiculous.



Nice cast, easy to understand and sound analysis. Will look for more.

That's cuz they all got knocked out by Korean terrans, not protoss lol. The discussion is ZvP not ZvT.

The point is that the margin of error for protoss against good zerg is so razor thin, while zerg can just throw away roach wave after roach wave by a-moving across the map until the opponent eventually breaks.

An analogy would be one guy getting to shoot layups the whole time while the other guy has to shoot free throws. Yes, occasionally the guy shooting free throws will make more, but he has to work a lot harder at it, which consequently makes it unfair.
