why do terran players hate ravens so much?
It is so so sad when Zergs are pansies and don't push when they have a huge supply advantage. Maxing out to 200/200 is so damn stupid when you have a much larger proportional lead at like 155 when their opponent is below 100.
Oh well.

#4 zerg almost always builds much faster than T, and if they are leading at all they almost always have a significantly higher harvester count. so generally maxing increases the proportionate army supply advantage.
additionally, if you're on the attack, building a bank while you move out helps the follow-up attack, and the proportionate advantage due to the extra time available to muster for the defender is lower with higher total supply.

#7 you already have starports for the medivacs and possible vikings (which they should build 1 anyways for overlord clearing/harass). Polt used a few scans just to clear tumors, so multiply that 240 by at least 3. Plus, the fact is, the scan method didn't find those burrowed roaches and the raven would invariably have.
