i love how much a few mutas can do.. force aa, take an easier 3rd, total map control.. ouch



ZvZ is actually a great matchup, but probably the least understood. The fact that anyone's reaction to scouting mutalisks is to rush infestors reveals just how little-understood it is. Mutalisks got popular as a direct counter to infestor builds. Why would you be scared to just build enough hydralisks to take a third? Hydralisks are cheaper than mutas and beat them in equal numbers, and they mix great with roaches. You end up with an upgrade advantage, useful units, and an even economy. It just doesn't make sense to build a pit, wait for your upgrade, wait for your infestors, and then hope they don't split their mutas
