oh my god, just go swarm host instead of nydus. kills cannons and stops stalkers for free. You only need one or two even.



That would leave you on one base for a really long time. Not a good thing for zerg.



nydus is 200 gas plus overseer for 50; is infestation pit plus two swarm hosts is 300. nydus did nothing.



The biggest problem with swarm hosts is that they are useless if Protoss keeps force fielding the ramp.

I think in this case Zerg should have used the nydus to get out of his base and attack the Protoss main directly, ignoring the cannon wall. Would still be difficult though.

I'm interested to see whether more pro's will be using this type of contain in the future.
