LOOOOOOOOOL GAME 1! Haven't laughed that hard at SC2 since CombatEx vs Deezer! Awful play, great games

Worth noting - the fact that every Protoss on earth is throwing away zealots into double expanding zergs doesn't mean it's good. You lose 300 minerals worth of units, you kill 25 minerals worth of lings. Could those 16 lings have been 8 drones? Yeah, but you didn't kill them, you turned them into lings. Now the 16 lings leave him safe to make more drones, while you lost 3 zealots so your attack is delayed by 300 minerals. It just sucks, it isn't worth it. You'd be better off faking a super fast third because it's a guarantee the Zerg will build more than 16 lings to destroy it, and you cancel it and only lose 100 minerals.



Good note there Yabba, but don't stop at game 1. Watch game 3, one of the best uses of phoenix I've seen.



I don't think nexus is better than 3 zealots. He forced lings and gained map presence.

lol @ the water indeed.
But imagine how strong this game 3 tactic can be if all the sloppyness is taken out.. I mean, it was already pretty well played, but wasting a couple of phoenixes and losing the army up the ramp by not paying attention definitely didn't help. If he had warped in a bunch of stalkers there like the casters mentioned it was basically gg.
